May be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept and well-being.
5. Free breathing tool
Breathing on a 4-4 ratio.
Sit comfortable with the back stright, give yourself a few moments to settle in, relax your body and try to breathe in your belly.
If you feel any stress, pause, and go back to your normal breathing.
Slowly try to get accustomed with the ratio and enjoy breathing in a calm and loving way.
You can do this breathing exercise for a few minutes everyday and enjoy its benefits.
Namaste.
