I am not flexible enough, can I still do yoga?

It’s not important whether you’re flexible or not. Everyone’s  body is different.

The exercises are adjusted accordingly and the benefits are similar to everyone.

However, it is important to know beforehand if you have any medical condition or injuries.

What should I wear?

Any clothing is good as long as you feel comfortable and can move and breathe freely while doing exercises.

Can I eat before class?

It is recommended to avoid eating two hours before practicing yoga, so you’d be able to enjoy the class more.
