I’m Cecilia
Practicing simple postures and movement
in a loving, peaceful and sometimes challenging way,
brings me into deep communication with my body and my feelings,
allowing me to release tensions and liberate myself.
Breathing brings more awareness, focus and stillness to the mind.
Movement and breath together bring me home,
to the present,
each moment is quiet, each moment is now.
